Anderson Ocean Club Policies

Check-In/Check-Out

  • Must be 23 years of age to check-in. Guests under the age of 23 must be accompanied by a guest 25 years of age or older.
  • Valid photo identification is required.
  • Check-in: After 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-out: Before 10:00 a.m.
  • A valid credit or debit card must be presented upon check-in. A pre-authorization of $250 will be placed on the card to cover incidentals during your stay.
  • No personal checks will be accepted.

Housekeeping

  • Rooms are cleaned prior to arrival
  • A Full Service Clean will be performed every third night on reservations of five nights or longer only including fresh bed sheets, making of beds, floor sweep, vacuum, bathroom cleaning and kitchen cleaning if applicable.
  • Stays of seven, ten, thirteen nights, or more will receive the first Full Service Clean on the fourth night and resume every third night thereafter.
  • Towels may be exchanged upon request.
  • Daily Full Service Cleaning may be requested at the front desk for an additional charge and must be arranged at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

Deposits

  • An advance deposit equal to one night’s stay, plus taxes and fees, is due at the time of booking.
  • An advance deposit of $150 per person is due at the time of booking for all golf packages.
  • The remaining account balance will be due at check-in.

Rates

  • Rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • Only 1 discount may be allowed per reservation. No additional discounts may be added to package rates, group rates, golf rates, or promotional rates.

Taxes & Fees

  • A 7.5% plus tax Resort Fee, and a $7.50 per night plus tax Access Fee will be applied to all reservations.
  • All reservations are subject to 13% sales and local taxes.
  • Reservations of 90 nights or longer are exempt from standard sales and local taxes.

The taxes, service charges and value-added tax shown on your e-mail confirmation are those currently in effect. Taxes, service charges, etc. are subject to change without notice according to local law.

Cancellations & Changes

Oceana Resorts offers the opportunity to add an optional Vacation Protection Plan (VPP) to your reservation that will cover you if you should need to cancel, change plans, or depart early. This option must be added within 24 hours of confirming your reservation. VPP can be added easily during your online reservation or by calling (866) 469-7853.

If you choose to decline the Vacation Protection Plan, you understand:

  • Advance deposits are non-refundable.
  • A Date Change Fee* of $20.00 will apply for each date change.
  • An Early Departure Fee* will be applied to any reservation departing earlier than the registered date of departure at time of check-in. This fee will range from $50.00 – $150.00 based on seasonality and room type.

*If a package rate requires a minimum length of stay, the minimum stay must still be met after any date changes or the rate will be recalculated at current Best Available Rate before applying the fee. Guests who have purchased the Vacation Protection Plan will have this fee waived, but rates may still be adjusted based on minimum length of stay requirements.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Parking & Valet

  • Free parking is provided in the parking garage located across the street.
  • Please display the parking permit provided at check-in at all times.
  • 1-Bedroom Suites and smaller receive 1 parking permit.
  • 2-Bedroom Suites and larger receive 2 parking permits.
  • We are unable to issue additional parking permits.
  • Trailer parking is not permitted on site.
  • Valet parking is available in front of the registration area for $25/day.

Smoking & Tobacco Use

  • Smoking, electronic cigarette, vaporizer, and smokeless tobacco use is prohibited on resort premises. This includes, but not limited to, all rooms, balconies, pool decks, garage areas, hallways, and common areas.
  • Any guest found to be in violation of this policy by either direct witness or by evidence found within the guest’s rental will be charged a minimum $250.00 Cleaning Fee.
  • Violation of this policy may also result in eviction of stay.

Pets

  • Pets are not permitted. However, all ADA recognized service animals are always welcome.
